As part of its ongoing commitment to compliance with national regulations and international best practice, Andina Ingredients S.A. has implemented a Crime Prevention Model (CPM) in accordance with Law No. 20,393 on the criminal liability of legal entities and Law No. 21,595 on economic crimes.

The Model comprises policies, procedures and controls designed to prevent, detect and manage risks associated with economic and environmental crimes, such as money laundering, terrorist financing, bribery, receiving stolen goods, incompatible negotiation, disloyal administration, private bribery, misappropriation and environmental pollution.

The company has a Crime Prevention Officer (CPO) with the autonomy and authority required to oversee the effective implementation of the Model, together with a Code of Ethics and Conduct and supporting policies that govern the conduct of all our employees, customers, suppliers and strategic partners.

Andina Ingredients provides its employees, collaborators, customers, suppliers and interested third parties with the following channels to report possible breaches of the Crime Prevention Model, of Laws No. 20,393 and No. 21,595, of the Internal Health and Safety Regulations, or of the Code of Ethics:

What to include in your report: a description of the facts, approximate dates, the people or areas involved and, if available, supporting records or documents. Reports may be submitted anonymously if you prefer.

Process safeguards: reports are handled with transparency, confidentiality and objectivity. Anonymity is guaranteed to anyone who requests it, and there will be no retaliation or reprisals against those who report in good faith. Investigations are coordinated by the Crime Prevention Officer together with the responsible area, in accordance with the Corporate Whistleblowing Policy of Andina Ingredients.
